I gotta say this - it was close until comcast.com learned about <input type=”password”>, but the site for 401k contributions from my former employer is pretty well the most unusable site I’ve ever run into. First, they seem to have an overenthusiasm for those password fields, which, starting with the userid field on the front page (after you’ve clicked on the disclaimer for the 85th time), appear randomly throughout the process. Add in onerous password and username requirements, weird pop-up windows (note to self - actually turn off popup blocker to see what the hell they were doing) and an inability to send appropriate mime headers, it’s a mess.
