After 15 years or so hearing about the need to cut red-tape, government strangling entrepreneurs, etc. I would hope that the phrase used today by the US. Treasury Department will stick in a few craws, though I suspect the talking points have been already worked out to make it look like business as usual rather than a complete ideological dead end for the right wing.
